We use trusted courier companies to ship your orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to track your package on the courier’s website.

Courier orders will typically be delivered within five days.

Please note: Any damage or misplaced items will not be accepted unless you provide a full 360-degree video of the package, from start to end, showing the condition of the package throughout the process.

If there is any issue with delivery or the tracking status is not updating, please contact us with your address and order details, and we will assist you.

Please note that we do not offer replacements or refunds for shipping delays.

If your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no cost once we recover it from the courier.
