3. Package Condition and Inspection
We take great care to ensure your order is packed securely. However, if you receive a damaged or misplaced item, we will only accept claims if you provide a full 360-degree video of the package. This video should show the package's condition from the moment you receive it until it is fully opened.
Claims without proper video evidence will not be entertained.
4. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your orders on time, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or other external factors.
Please note that we do not offer replacements or refunds for shipping delays.
5. Lost in Transit
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order details and shipping address.
Once we confirm the package is lost with the courier, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
